Karma S-Ergo 115 is a lightweight aluminium wheelchair with a number of useful features. The seat of the Ergo 115 features an ergonomic 'S' shape which improves pressure distribution and prevents users slipping down in the chair. The seat and backrest fabric are made from a mesh material and there are removeable seat and backrest pads.

Karma S-Ergo 115 Wheelchair has a dual braking system with slowing brakes at the pushing handles and parking brakes at the wheels which are convenient for the user. The footrests are removeable and the back fold down to make the chair compact to load in to the boot of a car. The quick-release wheels are have puncture-proof tyres.
